Cancellation Policy
Consultation with Dr. V Appointment & Cancellation Policy At Health & Beauty Clinic, consultations with Dr. V are dedicated medical appointments designed to provide personalized evaluation and professional guidance regarding available treatments and services. To ensure the best experience for all patients, the following policy applies: 1. Appointment Scheduling Consultations are scheduled in advance and reserved exclusively for the patient. A consultation fee may apply to secure the appointment. This consultation is intended for discussion of one or multiple treatments offered at the clinic, including medical, aesthetic, and regenerative procedures. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation, please notify the clinic at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in loss of the consultation fee. Missed appointments or no-shows may require prepayment to schedule future visits. 3. Consultation Scope The consultation includes a medical and/or aesthetic evaluation and discussion of potential treatment options. Depending on the patient’s needs, additional diagnostic tests, laboratory studies, or follow-up consultations may be recommended. A consultation does not guarantee that a treatment will be performed the same day. 4. Treatment Eligibility All treatments are subject to medical evaluation and approval by Dr. V. Certain procedures may require additional preparation, laboratory testing, or scheduling on a different date. Health & Beauty Clinic reserves the right to postpone or decline treatment if medically indicated for patient safety. 5. Refund Policy The consultation fee covers the time and professional evaluation provided by the physician and is therefore non-refundable once the consultation has taken place. In some cases, the consultation fee may be applied toward a procedure if treatment is scheduled, depending on clinic policy.
