Terms and Conditions – Medical Consultations in Guanacaste

Health & Beauty Clinic – Costa Rica
Dr. Eduardo Villalobos Villar, MD, MSc

1. Scope of the Medical Consultation

The BabyLift® medical consultation in Guanacaste is intended to provide an initial medical assessment, address general questions about the procedure, and determine whether the patient may be a candidate for further evaluation or continuation of the medical process.

The consultation does not constitute automatic approval for the BabyLift® procedure and does not replace a complete medical evaluation.

2. Nature of the Procedure

BabyLift® is a minimally invasive outpatient minor surgical procedure, developed by Dr. Eduardo Villalobos Villar and academically validated.

It is not an injectable treatment, a superficial cosmetic procedure, nor a conventional facial facelift.
Each case requires an individual medical evaluation.

3. Appointment Booking and Medical Scheduling

Consultations in Guanacaste are reserved exclusively through the clinic’s official online scheduling system.

Each appointment slot is limited, personal, and non-transferable.

Appointments are assigned in the order confirmed within the system.

No reservation deposit is required to book a consultation in Guanacaste.

4. Attendance and Punctuality

Patients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled appointment.

In the event of significant delays, the consultation may be shortened or rescheduled based on availability.

Failure to attend the appointment (no-show) without prior notice may limit the patient’s ability to book future consultations, at the clinic’s administrative discretion.

5. Changes and Rescheduling

Requests for rescheduling should be made as far in advance as possible.

The clinic reserves the right to reschedule an appointment for medical, logistical, or force majeure reasons, providing timely notice to the patient.

6. Results and Expectations

The medical consultation:

  • Does not guarantee specific results.

  • Does not constitute a promise of surgical treatment.

  • Does not obligate the patient to proceed with any treatment.

Any subsequent decisions will depend on the medical evaluation and the professional judgment of the treating physician.

7. Patient Responsibility

The patient agrees to:

  • Provide truthful and complete medical information.

  • Disclose any relevant health conditions.

  • Follow the medical instructions provided during the consultation.

Failure to disclose relevant information may affect the medical assessment.

8. Final Considerations

The BabyLift® consultation in Guanacaste is part of a professional medical process based on clinical criteria, medical ethics, and individualized planning.

By booking an appointment, the patient acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
